Off-Shore Operations Team Member
We need one or more individuals with years of experience supporting real estate and/or property management companies.
- Responding to internal support tickets.
- Responding to level 1 customer support tickets.
- Trello board management
- Functional and regression testing
- Excel spreadsheet formulas and macros
- Web research and data collection
- User setup and removal on company systems
- Data entry into accounting a payroll systems
We are looking for someone with a strong handle on technology. You don't need to know a programming language, but we better not need to teach you how to create an Excel formula or how to get past an SSL exception on one of our test environments.
- Work hours will need to be based on the Central European Time workday.
- You must have remote work experience.
- You must have a strong and reliable Internet connection.
- You MUST have experience working for real estate or property management companies.
