We need one or more individuals with years of experience supporting real estate and/or property management companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to internal support tickets.
  • Responding to level 1 customer support tickets.
  • Trello board management
  • Functional and regression testing
  • Excel spreadsheet formulas and macros
  • Web research and data collection
  • User setup and removal on company systems
  • Data entry into accounting a payroll systems

We are looking for someone with a strong handle on technology. You don't need to know a programming language, but we better not need to teach you how to create an Excel formula or how to get past an SSL exception on one of our test environments.

Requirements

  • Work hours will need to be based on the Central European Time workday.
  • You must have remote work experience.
  • You must have a strong and reliable Internet connection.
  • You MUST have experience working for real estate or property management companies.
